Feature and Habit |

The body shape is robust. The beak is short. The flippers are small. The dorsal fin is triangular in shape, small and falcated. Fraser’s dolphins have keels on the dorsal and ventral edges at the tail stock. The dorsal side is blue gray and the ventral side is white. Adults have dark gray stripes between the face and the anus. They have 40-44 teeth in the upper jaw, and 39-44 in the lower . They inhabit in offshore waters. They are in small to large pods. |
