Tidak terdapat gigi palatine; 3 pasang gigi taring pada bagian depan rahang bawah; jari-jari keras ketiga dan keempat terpanjang; 9 garis vertikal kehitaman pada setengah badan kebawah; garis pertengahan sisi putih sampai akhir sirip ekor; garis oranye pada dasar sirip dada.
