Purchase and Reservation

  • You can buy tickets and make reservations for Compass on ART PASS website.
  • There is an admission charge for visitors aged 2 years and older.
    Tickets are 300 yen per person. Only payments by credit card are accepted.
  • The following persons are admitted free of charge. (However, even if admission is free, a reservation for the date and time is required.)
    • Children from 0 to 1 year old
    • Those who have a disability certificate and one caregiver are free of charge. (Please present your disability certificate at the ticket at reception→（at the Compass ticket counter）
  • You may purchase tickets and reserve a date and time for up to 6 persons at a time.
    • However, each guardian is limited to a maximum of 3 children.
    • Please do not enter children alone, junior and senior high school students alone or adults alone.
      Please ensure that parents and children enter together.

Cancellation and changing the date and time

  • If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please cancel on ART PASS website.
    • A refund fee of 100 yen per paid ticket will be charged.
    • You can cancel up to the day before your reservation date (23:59).
  • Tickets can be changed up to 5 times. (However, only if there is a vacancy available on the date and time that can be specified.)
    • There is no fee for changing the date and time.
    • Tickets can be changed until 9:00 AM on the day of the reservation.

About Ticket Purchases

  • You can purchase the following month's subscription starting at noon on the 1st of the month.
  • Tickets can be purchased up to 10 minutes after each session's start time as long as spots are available.

【can NOT be entered】1 junior high school-aged child and 1 child(0 to 12 years of age) (Junior high school and high school-aged children are not accepted as guardians)

How to Enter

  • Please come to the Compass reception desk on the 3rd floor of the Global Gallery, along with everyone you are visiting the space with.
  • Please show your QR ticket when entering.
    • You can show the QR ticket from the reservation/purchase email on your smartphone or bring a printout.
  • If you have a disability certificate, please bring it when you come.
    You will not be permitted to enter with only a QR ticket.

Caution

  • Purchasing or reselling tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
