• The cafe offers a menu of foods and drinks as well as refreshments such as capcakes, making it the perfect place to rest and relax.
  
• Hours of Operation: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  *Hours are sometimes extended in busy periods such as the summer and the Golden Week holidays.
  Last orders are 30 minutes before the cafe closes.

Lounge

• Capacity: 74 seats
• Location: B1F, Japan Gallery
• Eating and drinking are permitted
• Feel free to use this space to eat, drink and relax. Cold drinks and other refreshments are available from vending machines.
• If you are visiting in a large group, please do not reserve seats here.
• Please note that the lounge tends to become crowded on rainy days.

Herb Garden

• Location: Rooftop, Global Gallery
• Eating and drinking are permitted
• A refreshing place to relax during or after a Museum visit where a variety of 150 medicinal, edible, colorant and aromatic herbs are grown.

Sky Deck

• Location: Rooftop, Global Gallery
• Eating and drinking are permitted
• Outdoor wooden deck space where has a relaxed ambience to rest.

Smoking Area

• Location: Outside of the Global Gallery(Beside the Rocket launcher)
• Smoking is prohibited inside the Museum. If you wish to smoke, please do so here.
