The Repeaters Pass is for those who want to enjoy the National Museum of Nature and Science to the fullest. Holders of this annual pass can visit permanent exhibitions at the Ueno District, Tsukuba Botanical Garden and Institute for Nature Study free of charge, as many times as they like in one year.

Benefit 1

Members can visit the facilities free of charge as many times as they like in one year by paying the annual membership fee of 1,500 yen.
They can visit not only the permanent exhibitions at the National Museum of Nature and Science (Ueno), but also the Tsukuba Botanical Garden (Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki) and the Institute for Nature Study (Shirakanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo) as many times as they like, free of charge.

*Special exhibitions require an additional fee.

Benefit 2

Free rental of the Audio Guide for the second and subsequent times

To use the Audio Guide, please show your membership card at the Audio Guide/IC Card counter.
When you use the audio guide for the first time, we will attach a sticker to your membership card to prove that you have used it previously.
*The rental fee for the first time is 320 yen. *The admission fees have been revised since October 1, 2019 due to the consumption tax increase.
*This benefit is valid only during the membership period. After renewing your membership, you must use the audio guide once again to be entitled to this benefit.
*This benefit does not apply to audio guides for special exhibitions or Tablet KAHAKU Navigator.

Benefit 3

Members can see special exhibitions organized several times a year at discounted fees.
(However, these discounts are not applied to some special exhibitions.)
*Discounts only apply to adult members.

Benefit 4

Members can shop and eat in the museum at discounted prices.
They can buy products from the Museun Shop at a 10% discount.
*1 Discounts do not apply to books and some other products.
*2 Discounts do not apply to products in the Museun Shop during special exhibitions.

In addition, members can eat and drink at a 5% discount at the Museum Restaurant. They can also purchase some products at a 5% discount at the Lounge Café.

Applications are accepted at the FNMNS Center (Japan Gallery, B1F) at the National Museum of Nature and Science (Ueno).(9:00–16:30, except days on which the museum is closed)

• You can also buy this pass at the Institute for Nature Study and the Tsukuba Botanical Garden.
• Fill out the form available at the information desk. Once you pay the membership fee, the Repeaters Pass is issued on the spot.
• You can begin using your membership benefits from the day you join.
